Mission Statement
The Mission of the 'Nimbe Adedipe University Library is to provide a user centered information environment that supports inspirational teaching, exemplary research, meaningful service, and life long learning to the local and global university community.
In support of this mission, the University Library integrates print and electronic resources, and provides a comprehensive program of service which allows broad access to information in all formats.

The library has upgraded its software from the TINLIB software to the Graphical Library Automation System (GLAS)
It features an On-line Public Access Cataloque (OPAC) which users can access with minimum guidance from the library staff. Recent accession are being entered into the system, while retroactive conversion of records has also started.
The library is also subsribed to TEEAL (The essential electronic agricultural library) a full text document delivery service covering some 70 frequently cited journals.
Users are chraged N10.00 per page of printouts from this database. Other CD-ROM databases held by the library include CAB Abstracts, Agrindex, Agricola, etc.
