Welcome To The Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta

The University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Nigeria had recently witnessed significant improvement in quantity and quality in the facilities for teaching, research and extension.  This is in further pursuance of our vision of making the University one of the top 10 universities in Africa and among the top 100 Universities worldwide in terms of quality of our products and impacts on national development. Major improvements in the teaching environment continue to be of major priority to the management of the University. In a way to build networks with other Institutions and Universities across the globe, Centre for Internationalization and Partnerships (CENIP) was established to strategically position University of Agriculture, Abeokuta. Through CENIP, UNAAB has developed strong and mutually rewarding linkages and partnerships with national and international Institutions and Agencies, especially in regions like Asia, Europe, North and South America. To achieve this goal, the Governing Council of the University of Agriculture, Abeokuta at its meeting of June 11, 2010 established the UNAAB Foreign African Scholarship Scheme (UFASS) in the Centre as a conscious effort to disseminate knowledge, through its contribution to sustainable development and poverty reduction, and support research efforts to be integrated into the international scientific community.
